Social Impact Manager
We are ISPROX, a Human Resources Consulting firm specialized in recruiting talent for business organizations. Our goal is to carry out selection processes for companies that best care for human capital and have people at the center of their policies.
Our client is an international company seeking to transform the lives of thousands of workers through a business model that inspires other companies to replicate it.
Functions:
-Design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s social impact strategy, including community engagement initiatives.
-Manage and ensure compliance with key social certifications.
-Manage and oversee the non-profit and lead the development and execution of impactful social impact programs.
-Supervise the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG indicators.
-Address new sustainability proposals connected to the area, its team members, or its operations.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
-More than 5 years of experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, or social compliance.
-Previous experience in a Fair Trade or B Corp-certified company will be a plus.
-Experience in community engagement and stakeholder relations will be a plus.
-Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and report ESG (environmental, social, and governance) metrics will be a plus.
-Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
-Availability to travel once a month
