Functions:

-Design and implement internal communications strategies to strengthen understanding of organizational culture.

-Identify emerging issues and opportunities affecting the organization and develop communications strategies to effectively manage their impact.

-Develop and execute communications campaigns aligned with strategic business priorities and initiatives.

-Evaluate campaign effectiveness through metrics and provide feedback to senior management.

-Lead internal marketing initiatives and campaigns to improve the employee experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Political Sciences, Journalism, Business Administration, or similar
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership positions in corporate and strategic communications
• Experience managing large-scale communications and culture projects
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and content creation skills
• Knowledge of internal communications tools
• Analytical skills to measure the impact of communications initiatives
• Ability to influence and manage organizational change
• Leadership, empathy, and interdepartmental collaboration skills
• Availability to travel
