ISPROX is partnering with a leading multinational consulting firm in the IT Service industry to find an experienced Delivery Manager. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead IT delivery initiatives and manage substantial projects within a dynamic team.

Your role:
As a Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for managing high-impact IT delivery projects, providing strategic leadership to project teams, and driving growth across multiple dimensions, including revenue and new business opportunities. Your role will require a strong focus on Agile delivery, hands-on management of digital transformation initiatives, and close collaboration with stakeholders to achieve impactful solutions.

Your main duties:

• Project and Delivery Management: Oversee IT delivery projects, implementing strategies for agile delivery across transformation programs using frameworks such as SCRUM and KANBAN.

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams ranging from 50 to 250 employees, ensuring readiness through squad-based talent identification, onboarding, and continuous coaching.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, managing communications to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Agile Process Improvement: Lead agile ceremonies, including estimation, DOD, and DOR development, while identifying and addressing potential delivery impediments.
• Operational and Financial Management: Oversee P&L responsibilities for account delivery, driving performance in revenue growth, margin, and utilization metrics.
• Technology and Solution Delivery: Engage directly with customers to understand business challenges, design technology solutions, and ensure the team delivers comprehensive reviews and solutions in digital and technical transformation.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 13-15 years of relevant experience in IT Delivery Management, ideally from prominent firms (e.g., TCS, Accenture, IBM, etc.).
• Technical Skills: Proven experience with Agile methodologies, DORA metrics, digital transformation, and familiarity with emerging tech trends like SRE, AI, and automation.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills with a servant leadership approach, capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams in a collaborative, goal-oriented manner.
• Revenue and Growth Focus: Demonstrable experience in scaling business growth, managing financial targets, and enhancing team utilization.
