ISPROX is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our client, a leading firm in digital transformation services. This role is pivotal in leading the delivery of client-based projects and driving significant Agile and DevOps transformations across multiple project clusters.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership and Execution:

• Manage and lead over 100 team members across various projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Implement and oversee digital transformation initiatives, championing modern Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Optimize delivery processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.

Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing engagement and communication across project lifecycles.
• Support the Sales team by contributing to the solution development process and enhancing value propositions to clients.
• Manage customer and vendor relationships, ensuring contractual compliance and satisfaction.

Operational and Financial Management:

• Oversee the Service Delivery teams, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to business processes.
• Responsible for the P&L for the region, focusing on revenue, margin, and cost controls.
• Lead financial forecasting and reporting to maintain transparency and control over project finances.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Provide direction and leadership to delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Responsible for talent identification, team formation, and the coaching of teams to enhance performance and readiness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 years of IT industry experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large teams and client projects.
• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong experience in Agile project management methodologies and tools such as SCRUM, SPOTIFY, KANBAN, or STORY POINTS.
• Proficiency in managing backend, frontend, and DevOps technologies.
• Relevant certifications in project management (PMP or equivalent) are highly desirable.
