We are looking for a Commercial Technician for Eastern Europe to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the client portfolio in Eastern European countries.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors, engineering firms, and end customers.
- Visit clients and attend international trade fairs in the industry.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate conditions, and close agreements.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure post-sale follow-up and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Our client is seeking enthusiastic individuals who are proactive and results-oriented, contributing positively to the dynamic working environment.
We will especially value candidates who possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently while managing international clients effectively.
This position has the following requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience as a commercial technician or export manager, preferably in industrial environments, and who is available for frequent travel within the assigned area.
- High level of English is essential.
- Knowledge of regional languages (Polish, Romanian, Czech, etc.) is highly valued.
- Proactive personality with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage international clients.
