Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the brand's relationship with content creators, athletes, and ambassadors, ensuring the strategic execution of influencer campaigns that boost product visibility, positioning, and sales in the United States.
• Identify and secure authoritative voices by product line and country.
• Build strong relationships with macro, nano, and mini influencers in the US.
• Maintain regular check-ins with ambassadors and creators, fostering a positive reputation and closeness.
• Develop creative briefs, content guides, and deliverables aligned with brand campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer presence at key events and launches.
• Report results on key metrics.
• Align creator content with the strategic objectives and guidelines of each channel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2 years of experience in influencer management, content marketing, or digital PR. Experience in US companies is essential.
• Proven experience coordinating campaigns with creators and interpreting KPIs, managing contracts with talent and/or content creation agencies.
• Intermediate-advanced knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube, etc.).
• Knowledge of CRM and influencer marketing platforms (GRIN, Aspire, Upfluence, or similar).
• Ability to analyze digital marketing metrics (EMV, ROAS, CPA).
• Intermediate-advanced Excel (pivot tables, reports).
• Advanced English.
• Available to work 100% in-person.
