At ISPROX, we are selecting a Payroll & Compensation Specialist for an industrial company. We are looking for an analytical and strategic professional who will revolutionize our compensation and payroll management. If you are passionate about working with data, creating innovative solutions, and have the perfect combination of technical precision and strategic vision, this is your moment!

Responsibilities

  • Manager the complete payroll cycle and calculation of social benefits, implementing automations and controls that ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Architect of our compensation strategy, ensuring competitiveness and equity by applying innovative job evaluation methodologies and salary bands.
  • Implement area digitalization with dynamic dashboards and KPIs that drive strategic decision-making for Human Resources Management.
  • Deploy initiatives and best practices from headquarters - Europe in Peru.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Advanced expertise in Excel (macros, models), Power BI, and SAP
  • Intermediate English level (essential) for global communication
  • Solid knowledge of labor and tax legislation
  • Experience in KPI management and management reporting
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and salary bands
