Sales Representative in Netherlands

Our client is a French family-owned SME leader in several European markets, with the exclusive distribution of a well-known brand and the design of other outdoor equipment brands.
With a network of more than 3000 active customers and counting on an international expansion, they need to expand their team and have the best Sales Manager for the regions of Netherlands.
Tasks:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director within the sales team, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales in the assigned areas and in line with the established sales strategy, managing the following tasks:
-You will be responsible for managing an active portfolio and leading a BtoB (Retails and Professionals) distribution network through frequent sales visits.
-Identify new niche opportunities to develop the business and increase sales.
-Actively participate in trade shows, building strong business links and relationships.
-You will work closely with the company's management and human resources department.
-You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from closing the deal to order delivery and payment follow-up.
Requirements
-Passion for the outdoors: whether it's mountain climbing or hunting, you need to live what you sell.
-Strong negotiation skills
-Detect new opportunities with a lot of ‘field’ presence
-Outstanding communication skills to connect with clients and create a network of contacts.
-Entrepreneurial spirit to consider every challenge as an opportunity to innovate and grow
-Agility
-Organisation
Availability to travel frequently between 50-70% of the time
-Essential command of English and fluent Dutch.
-Valid driving license
