At ISPROX, we are looking for passionate outdoor sports enthusiasts ready to tackle dynamic challenges in a competitive environment. Our client is a French family-owned company leading several European markets with exclusive distribution rights for a well-known brand and designing their own outdoor equipment brands.
With a network of over 3,000 active clients and a growing international presence, they are looking to expand their team with an enthusiastic Sales Representative for the South Holland region, Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an active customer base and maintain a B2B distribution network (Retail and Professional) through frequent commercial visits.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the business and increase sales in the assigned region.
- Actively participate in professional trade shows and build strong business relationships and connections.
- Report critical information on competitors and market trends to effectively develop commercial strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing the entire sales process, from deal closure to delivery and payment follow-up.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure good communication and continuous improvement of back-office procedures.
Requirements:
- Passion for outdoor activities: whether it's mountain climbing or hunting, you must live what you sell.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify new opportunities with a strong on-site presence.
- Excellent communication skills to engage customers and build a strong network of contacts.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to see each challenge as an opportunity to innovate and grow.
- Flexibility and organizational skills.
- Availability to travel frequently (50-70% of the time).
- Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Knowledge of French or other language is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
