ISPROX Consulting will support our client, a multinational solution provider within the supply chain sector headquartered in the Middle East and expanding their operation in more than 30 countries across the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Europe in the expansion of their team in Hamburg, Germany and is looking for a Pricing Senior Executive / Manager. The group has a proven track of improving the integration of technology into their operation and offering their customers several options to track shipments.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field with 3-7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role, including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating a pricing process documentation.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies and concepts.
• Strive for high quality, focus on the top decision-makers, and have the ability to add strength to our team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and have the necessary skills for driving alignment and collaboration across cultures and nationalities.
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable dealing with numerical data, and strong attention to detail.
• Be fluent in English. Further languages would be advantageous.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Procurement from ocean carriers and vendors.
• Supporting the network for freight requests.
• Contribution to cost and price calculations, incl. analysis and pricing strategy recommendation for Key Accounts with a focus on pricing competitiveness.
• Validation of transport data, costs & production concepts. RFQ quality checks and compilation.
• Representing the Pricing & Solution Design team during customer and internal meetings.
• Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
• Working closely with other teams to closely track movements in costs.
• Analysing price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels.
• Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors.
