We are selecting for our client, a multinational technology company, known for its cutting-edge solutions and commitment to innovation, an experienced  Test Automation Engineer to join our client´s growing team.

 

What you will do:

-Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases that clearly define testing scope, objectives, and methodologies for the PEDAS-Core applications

- Enhance the existing test implementation and migrate automated tests into new CI/CD pipelines to support seamless automated deployments to production

- Build automated tests in parallel with new application features to ensure early and continuous quality validation

- Use automated testing tools to achieve robust test coverage across multiple devices and platforms

- Identify, document, and communicate software defects, providing detailed insights to developers for efficient resolution

- Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and maintain transparent communication on issues and improvements

- Contribute to the continuous enhancement of testing processes and tools to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness

- Strengthen overall test coverage

What you bring:

- Experience working in banking or similarly regulated environments

- A solid background in embedded and automated testing, with several years of hands-on experience (JIRA, Cucumber/Selenium/Cypress/Java, or equivalents)

- Strong understanding of database modeling and proficiency in writing SQL queries

- Sharp analytical skills, clear communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach

- Resilience, a solution-driven mindset, and the ability to push initiatives to completion

- Enthusiasm for Scrum teamwork and a passion for continuous improvement

- Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and a persistent, do-er mentality

- University or technical college degree in Computer Science or a comparable field

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

- Willingness to travel

- Hybrid work model: 1 day per week on-site (mandatory)
